A Day in the Life of a Personal Trainer

I wanted to sleep more this morning, but woke up at 6:30. Boo. I am feeling extra bloated today, so breakfast consisted of a small cup of decaf coffee with coconut milk (Natural Value brand- so good!!) and lot’s of water.

I did CrossFit at 12 and had cart leftovers for lunch. I had 2 mini meatloaves (about 4 oz beef, heart and liver with 2/3 slice of bacon) and a kale salad with 2 tbs homemade mayo.

Since I am at the gym until 7 tonight, I decided to have a protein bar at 4. I don’t like protein bars at all and would prefer real food to this stuff, but Quest bars seem to be pretty decent when it comes to protein bars. I had the chocolate chip cookie dough bar, which wasn’t too bad! However, it wasn’t until after I ate it that I realized it had dairy 🙁

For Dinner

For dinner, I had half of a large avocado, 5 oz curry turkey with caramelized onions and 1 cup collards and bacon. For dessert, I had a Get Some popsicle. I meant to share it with Tim, buttttt…..well, I ate it all.
